Has a Canadian Prime Minister ever been invited to speak to the Upper and Lower Houses of the USA? Let alone been granted that honour?

ETA: Ok, did some searching and here's what I found re Canadian politicos who spoke in a joint meeting to the US Congress (joint meetings include members of the US Senate):
- 04/27/1988 - Brian Mulroney,
- 02/22/1977 - Pierre Elliot Trudeau, and
- 05/04/1954 - Governor General Vincent Massey
