It's an adorable house on its own tiny piece of land which is selling for the whopping price of $5,000. That's right. FIVE THOUSAND dollars.
Not only is it cute, but this little one-bedroom house was built around 1880 and is under the protection of the Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana.
Alas, there appears to be nothing like it in Canada.
Sigh... I want my own little place so badly it aches.
